About Hemant Nepal
Professional trainer, youth motivator and author from Jhapa, Nepal. Over the last five years I have delivered 50+ trainings to more than 2,500 participants, helping cooperatives, schools and young people grow through practical learning.

I spent eight years in the cooperative and banking sector before focusing on training — which is why my cooperative and financial-literacy sessions are grounded in how institutions actually run day to day.

Training that people can put to work
I design and deliver programs of one to seven days, on-site anywhere in Nepal or online: cooperative training (COPOMIS, governance, NCRA registration, saving & credit), financial literacy, public speaking and personality development, teachers’ training, AI training for teachers and youth, sales and marketing, and motivation seminars.
Organisations I have worked with include Deumai Municipality, Maijogmai and Sandakpur Rural Municipalities, Ilam Municipality, the District Cooperative Federation Ilam, Jaagaran Academy and Retreat Center, DPL Nepal, students of Kankai Multiple Campus and Shivasatakshi Media.
